Extrusor tipo BMG dual drive para filamento de 1.75mm

El sistema tipo BMG de doble tracción (dual drive) te va a permitir generar un empuje del filamento en forma homogénea y continua, muy superior a los sistemas de un solo engranaje. Por su parte, también cuenta con una reducción de engranaje con relación 3:1, esta relación aumenta sustancialmente la fuerza de empuje, permitiendo de esta forma, lograr con ambos sistemas un control muy preciso y eficaz sobre el flujo del material extruido y por ende, la impresión final lograda.

Ventaja

- Las extrusoras BMG son ideales para materiales de nylon y TPU/TPE suave.

- El extrusor está diseñado para consumibles de 1,75mm. La disposición del resorte de fijación permite al usuario afinar la presión aplicada por el engranaje de alimentación dual al consumible. Esto permite al usuario ajustar libremente la estanqueidad de acuerdo con las características de los consumibles.

- El engranaje de alimentación dual único minimiza el deslizamiento y aumenta la fuerza de alimentación. La unidad de engranaje de reducción también incluye un mayor torque a la extrusión, al tiempo que reduce la carga sobre el motor y extiende la vida útil del motor.

- El BMG tiene una función de liberación rápida que permite al usuario activar simplemente su palanca de liberación rápida, liberando la tensión y extrusión del material requerido.
